DESIGN OFFICE
With our expert engineers and technical team, thanks to our wide range of manufacturing possibilities suitable for our industry, the design, R&D studies, analyzes and improvements of all products to be produced such as mechanical projects, hydraulic & pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic power units, hydraulic blocks, and special hose heads are carried out in our design office as Hakan Hydraulic. Our design team has adopted a customer-oriented way of working by producing the most efficient and economical solutions for its customers, with a high-level and long-lasting quality understanding for production.

MANUFACTURING WORKSHOP
Production is carried out in accordance with the dimensions and tolerances specified in the technical drawing with our expert and trained machine operators. CAM programs are used beforehand for more precise production of all parts processed on our CNC machines. In our manual lathes, large diameters and up to 5 meters in length can be processed. It has a capacity of over 15 CNC, NC and manual machines by continuously investing in its machining track.

WELDİNG WROKSHOP
Our welding services are carried out within our company with our internationally recognized personnel. Welds such as electrode arc welding, gas metal arc welding, TIG are examples of welding we do.

ASSEMBLY WORKSHOP
The finished and ready-made hydraulic & pneumatic products are brought to the assembly area and their suitability is meticulously checked according to the project. Hydraulic & pneumatic units, directional control valves, blocks, cylinders are assembled by our experienced staff. Customizations are made in line with customer requests.
